Return & Refund

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

MINWIN does not offer exchanges.

Returns procedures
Fees of return are dependent by the reason. MINWIN will pay for the freight, if the product has quality problems, missing accessories, etc. You need to pay for shipping, if not above.

Declare your return Online:
1. Go to the “Sign in” section of the minwin.net website.

2. Sign in using your ID and password.

3. Once you're signed in, go to your order and click on “Request return.”

4. Select the product(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for return.

5. Confirm/Create your request for a return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number.

Return your items with UPS or in store:
1. Place the items you wish to return as well as your delivery receipt inside the box in which you received your order.

2. Once your package is prepared, you can schedule a pickup with our dedicated carrier UPS.

Cost of returns
You have the option to return, free of charge, products ordered within 30 days from their date of delivery if it's our fault.

REFUNDS
The quality check of your return will take place within 3 business days after receipt of the product(s) at our workshop.

Kindly note, the maximum period for your refund to be processed is 14 business days after receipt.

An email confirming the refund will be sent to you by email. Please allow 3 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund to your account.

The refund will be made according to the original payment method and in the same currency as that used upon payment of the order.

Mode of refund:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (PayPal). For security reasons, MINWIN is not authorized to carry out the refund to another account, a different credit card, or another method of payment other than that used originally for the order.
