We got two, put them back to back, and added a stainless steel top to make a baking center island for the kitchen. It’s on wheels, so it can roll. The two shelves give plenty of room for cookbooks, flour and sugar, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, hand mixer and rolling pin. I’m just under 5 ft tall, so it is the perfect height for baking and cooking. My only concern is that it is made of particle board and I don’t want to move it around too much for fear it will come apart.
I tried assembling it myself---didn't get it done. Frustrating to say the least. Awaiting help from my son to put it together. Hopefully, I'll like it.
Just what I needed for the space I had next to my chair. I haven't completely loaded it with books because that might be too heavy for the frame but I like having a little space for something decorative as well.
